NAPADEC Secretariat under the leadership of the Project Manager and responsible to report to the Board of Directors. The Staff of the Secretariat is recruited, hired or appointed by the Board and their roles or responsibilities are determined by the Board. The Composition is as follow: The Project Manager(s), Finance Manager(s),n Accounts assistant, Administrative secretary, Field Trainer(s) and Driver. The Functions of the Secretariat is to Determine and monitor the organizations programs and activities under the guidance of the Board and undertake the day-to-day operations of the organization as specified in the Human Resource Manual.
