NAPADEC Board of Directors here in after referred to as the Board which is the Chief Executive Organ of the Association. The Board
membership is held over a period of two-year term which is renewable twice by the Council up to a maximum of six (06) years. However, the Board has the power to co-opt members for continuity and they Board consist of the following: The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer (who is also the Chairperson of the Finance Committee), Chairperson of the Management Committee, Two nominees from the relevant Ministries, One member representing the Parent Support Groups, One members representing the deaf Organizations and the Project Manager of NAPADEC who attends meetings as Secretary to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible to produce Legal and Policies, Plan, Oversight Committee, funding & Financial Management, Advocacy,
Evaluation and Personnel.
