1. Develop Uganda Sign Language Training Curriculum for Parents of Deaf Children.
2. Formations of parents support groups.
3. Train parents of deaf children non residential psychosocial support and counseling.
4. Train Sign language to parents, service providers, interested community members and Deaf children and youth who have not been to school.
5. Quarterly monitoring visits to check on the project progress in the field.
6. Organize annually parent’s forum on Communication at Home.
7. Conduct stakeholders meeting at the Districts and national level.
8. Organize silent walk awareness event.
9. Participate in the Local, national and International events.
10. Conduct governance/management systems and policies for the association training workshop.
11. Support the formed parent support groups in the 6 Districts to register, train them management skills and linkage with the District officials.
